This changed when I started to uncover what thoughts triggered my food cravings and binge eating. It’s an ongoing practice. But I feel more at peace. I want this for you too.

I’m a Certified Nutritionist and Intuitive Eating Coach. In my work with you, I also draw on over 10 years of experience in teaching and coaching. From the university classroom, to the skating rink. I’m even a trained Life Coach.
After years of behind-the-scenes work in the nutrition world. And witnessing the dirty truth behind “clean eating.” I’d rather help you uncover the “whys” behind your eating habits than dissect nutrition labels.
My passion for advocacy informs my compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
Diets do more harm than good. So I use a Healthy at Every Size® (HAES) approach to help you make peace with food. I’ll never put you on a diet. Instead I’ll help you achieve true health by focusing on your body’s needs. Cool?
