Your Personal Information is personally-identifiable information such as your name, addresses, and/or payment information.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, payment information (e.g., credit card information), and phone number. Newsletter Mailing List
By purchasing a product or service from the Site, you consent to have your email address added to our newsletter mailing list with the purpose of updating you on your purchase, delivering virtual products, and informing you of upcoming news, events, updates, promotions, and/or contests pertaining to The Good Yolk.
The email subscription form on the Site is connected to Mailchimp. By completing the signup form on our Site, your data is shared with Mailchimp. We’ll only send you the newsletter if you request it via the signup form. Your address will remain stored on the mailing list until you unsubscribe. COMPLYING WITH THE LAW AND REGULATIONS
Finally, we may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Occasionally The Good Yolk may collect your Personal Information if you provide it to us as a condition of participating in one of our promotions, contests, and/or surveys. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, and answers to survey questions, and may be used for marketing purposes.
Do Not Track
Please note that we don’t alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a “Do Not Track” signal from your web browser.
If you’re a European resident, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you’d like to exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Additionally, please note that your Personal Information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States, if you make an order through the Site.
When you place an order through the Site, we maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
